Information collected
We collect request requirements, delivery details, contact information, supplier capabilities, quotes, order records, issue reports, and security/audit events needed to operate the marketplace.
How information is shared
Matched suppliers receive redacted request details. A selected buyer and supplier receive each other's contact details only after confirmation. Supplier invoice payment data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by Hay Barn by Cruxi. Email and SMS delivery providers receive the destination and message content needed to send transactional alerts.
Retention and security
Private access tokens are stored as hashes. Operational data is retained for marketplace support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Access is limited by role and recorded where appropriate.
Choices
Transactional messages are required to operate a request. Buyers may reply STOP to opt out of texts while continuing to receive email alerts. Marketing consent is separate and optional. Contact cruxi@cruxi.ai for privacy requests.
